Refunds for items placed through Light In Paint will only be given if there was an error in ordering an item and there was ample time given, before shipment of the item, to the selling vendor of the item such that the vendor may reverse the charge. This is entirely up to the vendor to do this for the client. You will be working with the vendor and there is no guarantee that you will get your money back if an order has been placed. Therefore, be extremely careful in purchasing items that you are purchasing correctly. If a refund is requested after an item has shipped, there will be no refund of the price of the item. Again, if there was an error of some sort and a refund has been requested, please contact the vendor of the shop you have ordered from and they will try their best to help resolve the issue.
